Tavas World LLC (“Tavas World,” “we,” “us”) is a Montana limited liability company. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit tavasworld.com. It covers this website only. Tavas App and Tavas Compass are separate products with their own privacy practices, described in section 8.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Tavas World LLC, a Montana limited liability company, operates this website and is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at support@tavasworld.com.

2. Information you choose to give us

There are exactly two forms on this website, and both are optional:

• The Work With Sara contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, a category describing what your message is about, and your message.
• The email list signup. It asks for your email address and nothing else.

Both forms submit to Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and that is where this website’s part ends. The signup is a plain HTML form post: your browser sends the email address directly to Web3Forms and is then returned to a thank-you page on this site. The contact form sends its fields to the same service from your browser. This website has no database and no server of its own, and runs no code that stores, copies or forwards what you submit.

What happens to a submission after Web3Forms receives it is determined by our configuration with that service and by its own terms and privacy policy, not by anything in this website. We use it so that enquiries and signups reach us, and so we can reply to you and send the updates you asked for. This website does not transfer what you submit to a mailing-list or marketing platform.

You can also contact us directly using the email address and telephone number published on the site. Anything you send that way reaches us as an ordinary message.

3. Information collected automatically

This website is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages and served through its content delivery network. We do not operate our own server. As with any website, the hosting and delivery infrastructure records standard technical request information — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to serve the pages and protect the service from abuse. That information is handled by those providers under their own policies. We do not receive an analytics dashboard, visitor profile, or report built from it.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies of its own. It does not write to localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or any other browser storage. Tavas World does not currently use cookies or browser storage for analytics, advertising, or tracking on this website.

Third parties involved in delivering the site — our host and its network, and Google Fonts — may set or read their own cookies or log requests according to their own policies. We do not control that and cannot see it.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

We do not run analytics software, tag managers, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, conversion trackers, or cross-site profiling tools on this website. There are none in the site’s code.

Tavas Compass, a separate product, does use advertising measurement on its own website. That is described in the Tavas Compass privacy policy and does not apply to tavasworld.com.

6. Third parties that receive information through this site

• Web3Forms — receives everything submitted through either form. Its handling, storage and retention of that information are governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
• GitHub Pages and its content delivery network — hosts and serves the site, and logs technical request information as described above.
• Google Fonts — the only third-party resource the pages load. Your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

These are service providers. We do not give them information to use for their own marketing, and we do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or list resellers.

7. Links to other websites

This site links out to places where our work actually lives — Amazon listings for the books, Google Play for Tavas App, the Tavas Compass website, Shota Music, social media profiles, and client or portfolio websites. Following a link takes you to a company we do not control, under its own privacy policy and terms. Check the policy of any site you land on.

8. Tavas App and Tavas Compass

Tavas World is the parent brand. Tavas App and Tavas Compass are separate products, and this policy does not govern them.

• Your use of Tavas Compass is governed by the Tavas Compass privacy policy at tavascompass.com/privacy.
• Tavas App is distributed through Google Play. How the app handles information is described in the app’s own store listing and applicable policies, and by Google Play’s terms.

This website links to those products. It does not sign you in to them, and it does not pass information to them.

9. How we use information

• To read and reply to what you send us.
• To send the email updates you asked to receive.
• To discuss, quote and carry out consulting work you enquire about.
• To keep the website working, accurate and secure.

10. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. Beyond the service providers listed in section 6, we share information only where we are required to by law or valid legal process, or where we reasonably need to in order to protect our rights, our property, or someone’s safety. If Tavas World LLC were ever involved in a business transfer, information could move as part of that, and this policy would continue to apply to it until replaced by one that is at least as protective.

11. How long we keep information

This website stores nothing, so there is nothing retained here to keep or delete. We keep enquiries and signups that reach us for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them — answering a question, running a project, or keeping you on the list you asked to join. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Where information sits with our form provider or our host, their own retention schedules apply. Those are set by them, not by us, and we do not state a period here that we cannot actually control.

12. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we use established providers for hosting and form delivery. No website or email system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information — financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information — through the forms or by email.

13. Your choices and your rights

You can, at any time:

• ask what information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• unsubscribe from email updates;
• simply not use the forms — they are entirely voluntary.

Email support@tavasworld.com and we will act on your request.

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws — including those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia — may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain uses, and to appeal if we refuse a request. We extend these choices to everyone who asks, wherever you live. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or automated profiling.

14. Children’s privacy

Some of what Tavas World publishes is written for young children. The website itself is built for the adults who buy the books, download the app, and enquire about services. It is not directed to children: there are no accounts, no purchases, no comments, and nothing a visitor can submit other than the two forms described above.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@tavasworld.com and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

If this website changes what it collects, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material, we will say so clearly rather than quietly revising the text.
