These terms govern your use of tavasworld.com, the website published by Tavas World LLC, a Montana limited liability company. They are terms for using this website. They are not the terms for the Tavas Compass subscription, the Tavas App, or any consulting engagement — each of those is governed by its own agreement, as described below.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who you are dealing with

This website is published by Tavas World LLC, a Montana limited liability company. “Tavas World,” “we” and “us” mean that company. Tavas World is the parent brand for a small group of products and creative work, including children’s books, Tavas App, Tavas Compass, and Sara C. Morell’s consulting practice.

3. Using this website

You may use this site if you are able to form a binding agreement, or if you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who can. The site has no accounts and no login, so nothing here requires you to register.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system connected to it;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site’s content or the contact details published on it;
• send us automated, deceptive or abusive submissions through the forms;
• misrepresent who you are when you contact us.

4. What this website is

This website is informational. It describes books we publish, products we build, music from the Tavas World family, and consulting services. Nothing on it is legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a professional relationship between you and Tavas World LLC or Sara C. Morell.

Descriptions of services, availability and pricing on this site are provided for information and may change. Any actual engagement is agreed separately and in writing.

5. Our content and intellectual property

Except where we say otherwise, the material on this website — the text, page designs, layouts, photographs, illustrations, book covers, graphics, logos and code — is owned by Tavas World LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Copyright arises automatically in original work; nothing here is a claim that any particular work has been registered with the United States Copyright Office.

“Tavas World,” “Tavas App” and “Tavas Compass,” together with the Tavas World and Tavas Compass logos and other brand elements, are names and marks we use to identify our products and our business. We are not asserting any particular registration status for them here.

What you may do

• View, browse and read the site.
• Print or save a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
• Share a link to any page.
• Quote a short excerpt with attribution to Tavas World, where the law allows it.

What you may not do

• Copy, republish, mirror or redistribute the site’s content, in whole or in substantial part.
• Use any of it commercially, including in a product, publication, course or advertisement.
• Reproduce, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the books, illustrations, music or other creative works, or from the site’s design and code.
• Use our names, logos or brand assets in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are affiliated with something we are not.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.

The books and music are also sold and distributed on third-party platforms, and your rights in a copy you buy there are set by that platform’s terms and by copyright law. Buying a book or listening to a track does not grant you rights to reproduce or republish it.

6. What you send us

When you use a form, or email or call us, you are choosing to send us that information. Please send only information you have the right to share, and do not send anything confidential that you are not willing to have read as ordinary business correspondence. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us a suggestion, comment, or idea, we may use it in running and improving our business without owing you payment or confidentiality. That does not affect your ownership of your own creative work, and it is not an invitation to submit manuscripts or unsolicited work for publication.

7. Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites and platforms, including Amazon, Google Play, Shota Music, social media platforms, and client or portfolio sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

8. Tavas App and Tavas Compass

Tavas App and Tavas Compass are separate products, and these terms do not govern your use of them.

• Tavas Compass is a subscription service with its own terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy at tavascompass.com.
• Tavas App is distributed through Google Play and is subject to the app’s own applicable terms and to Google Play’s terms.

Where those product terms differ from these, the product’s own terms govern that product.

9. Consulting and Work With Sara

The consulting pages describe services offered through Tavas World LLC and indicate typical ranges so you can judge whether a conversation is worth having. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry. It is not a contract, it does not reserve capacity, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement begins only when scope, fees and terms are agreed separately in writing, and that agreement governs the work.

10. Purchases

You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing here. Books are sold through Amazon, the app is distributed through Google Play, music is available through Shota Music, and Tavas Compass sells its own subscriptions on its own website.

Any purchase you make is a transaction with that platform or service, under its terms, its payment handling and its refund policy — not under these terms. Prices, availability and offers shown here are informational and may be out of date; the selling platform’s listing controls.

11. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise either. Content may become out of date, contain errors, or be changed or removed without notice. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

12. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavas World LLC and its members, officers, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute or anything else, and even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tavas World LLC and the people working with it from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

15. Restricting access

We may restrict or block access to this website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where we reasonably believe it is being misused. Sections 5, 6, and 12 through 17 continue to apply afterwards.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will say so rather than quietly revising the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
